Tracked, made to order, printed in the States
Every print is made when you order it, at a lab in the United States, and shipped from there. Nothing is held in stock and nothing crosses a border.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, and nowhere else for now. That is a deliberate limit rather than a gap. A poster sent into another country needs a customs entry, and the clearance fee is charged per parcel regardless of what is inside it — on a print, that fee can rival the print. Rather than quote a total and then let a courier ask you for more at the door, the checkout only offers the one country the shop can deliver cleanly.

Worth saying plainly: no single print reaches the free-shipping threshold, because the largest is $239.00. It applies from two prints upward, and the cart shows exactly how far off you are rather than making you work it out. All prices are in US dollars, and that is what your card is charged.
How long it takes
3–8 business days from order to doorstep. That window covers making the print as well as posting it, because nothing is held in stock — your poster does not exist until you buy it.
Cancelling and returns
Changed your mind? You have one hour from paying to cancel for a full refund — write to us from the contact page and choose “Cancel my order”. After that the lab has started on it.
Once a print is being made there is no change-of-mind return — it is made to order, and a print that comes back cannot go to anyone else.
If a print arrives damaged or it is the wrong item, that is ours to fix: tell us within 14 days with a photograph of the print and the mailer, and we replace it or refund it — your choice. You will not be asked to post it back. A refund goes to the card you paid with, and your bank usually shows it within five to ten business days.
If a parcel does not arrive at all, the tracking number tells us where it stopped, and we take it from there.
How it is packed
A print on its own travels rolled, in a rigid tube with end caps. Every size here is larger than A4, and above that size a tube is what protects a print in transit — a flat mailer that gets bent stays bent. A framed print travels boxed, assembled, and ready to hang.
A rolled print wants a day or two flat before it goes in a frame. Lay it face-up under something heavy and flat overnight and it settles; forcing it straight into a frame the hour it arrives is what leaves a curl in the corners. A print-only order arrives unframed, and since every size is true 2:3 an off-the-shelf frame takes it without cropping. What to buy.
