Flat rate, tracked, shipped flat
Every print is made when you order it, then packed flat in a rigid mailer with corner protection. Nothing arrives with a roll memory in it.
Where we ship
Canada and the United States. Printing and packing is done by hand in Vancouver, and a rigid tube costs noticeably more to send across the border, so the two destinations are priced separately rather than averaged into one rate that would overcharge one of them. Anywhere else costs considerably more again, so rather than quote a price we cannot honour, the checkout does not offer other countries yet.

Worth saying plainly: no single print reaches either free-shipping threshold — the largest is $99 — so it applies from two prints upward. The cart shows exactly how far off you are rather than making you work it out, and it asks where the parcel is going before it quotes a total. All prices are in Canadian dollars, including US orders.
How long it takes
5–10 business days from order to doorstep. That window covers making the print as well as posting it, because nothing is held in stock — your poster does not exist until you buy it.
Returns
Every print is made to order, so there is no change-of-mind return — a print that comes back cannot go to anyone else.
If a print arrives damaged or it is the wrong item, that is ours to fix: tell us within 14 days with a photograph of the print and the mailer, and we replace it or refund it. You will not be asked to post it back.
If a parcel does not arrive at all, the tracking number tells us where it stopped, and we take it from there.
How it is packed
Flat, in a rigid mailer with corner protection — not rolled in a tube. A rolled print fights you for weeks in the frame; a flat one goes straight in. Prints are sold unframed, and since every size is true 2:3 an off-the-shelf frame takes them without cropping. What to buy.
