Find your order
Your confirmation opens from the link you were returned to after paying, and from the receipt Stripe emails you. That link carries a one-off key, which is what lets the page show your order without asking you to make an account.
It is also why an order number on its own will not open it. If it did, anyone who guessed a number could read someone else’s order — so the number identifies your order, and the link proves it is yours.
Lost the link
Give us the address you ordered with and we will email you a link to your orders. No password, and no account to make.
Still stuck
Search your email for Stripe or Canvas & Cage — the receipt is usually there, including in spam. Failing that, email [email protected] with your order number (CC-XXXXXXXX) or the address you used, and we will look it up.
Where is it?
Prints are made when you order them, so allow 5–10 business days from order to doorstep. Once a parcel is posted, a tracking link appears on your confirmation page.
