Terms of sale

These terms cover prints bought from Canvas & Cage in Vancouver, BC.

What you are buying

Original fan art. These prints are not official, licensed or endorsed by any promotion, athlete or organisation, and nothing sold here is presented as a signed or authenticated item. No signature on any print is genuine, because no print carries one.

You are buying a printed artwork for personal use. Reselling, reproducing or redistributing the artwork is not permitted.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars, including for orders shipped to the United States — your bank converts at its own rate. Shipping is charged per destination: Canada $15.00, free over $150.00; United States $25.00, free over $200.00. Payment is taken by Stripe; your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment, not when you submit the form.

Made to order

Nothing is held in stock. Your print is produced after you order it, and typically reaches you within 5–10 business days. If you need to cancel, email us before it goes to print and we will refund in full; once printed it cannot be cancelled, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.

If something is wrong

There is no change-of-mind return on a made-to-order print. If a print arrives damaged or is the wrong item, tell us within 14 days with a photograph and we will replace or refund it. Nothing needs to be posted back.

Where we ship

Canada and the United States. Orders cannot be placed for delivery elsewhere.
